Controls resetting..

Any time I log out and back in, the first time I open my options window (Alt-O) it resets all my controls to default. IE, ASDW for movement, etc.Does anyone know of a way to fix this so I dont have to reset all my controls manually any time I need to change particle effects settings or turn names off or anything else? It's rather annyoing as I use a setup nothing like any of the defaults for the game and saving a profile apparently only saves the graphic settings and has nothing to do with the controls.
