1) I just got my AA mirror. The new storing and swapping AA profiles feature is an awesome addition to my player experience! Just one thing.. is there a way to turn off the plethora of "You gain skill X" messages or speed them up? Or at least possibly only announce the ones that changed... This is the only thing that takes away from my player experience with this feature.2) We have maintained window, detrimental window, and a effects window. There's just something that seems missing with them to me. Separated effect windows with duplicated effect icons doesn't add value. The more I play, the more I find myself trying to get accustomed what's going on with me and my target outside of my buffs/effects. When you have 25 or so buffs on you with temporary effects that keep going on and off, it's difficult to track/find buffs sometimes. Here's a couple of things I think would improve my player experience:

name and/or class of person who cast effect on me.

a "target effects" or "combat/debuff effects" window that shows the debuffs/effects I have cast on my target... and that does not showthose same effects in the effects window.. leave that effect window for effects on my character.

newest effects on me show up first in the effects window list instead of being appended to the end. This would make it easier to tell when a new buff is on you if you are looking for it, especially when your buff count starts scrolling off the window.

a way to get a snapshot of all of the effects on a target instead of having to mouse over each effect icon for the short time most are up would be nice too.

a filter option to filter out duplicate effects.eg. allow maintained effects to show up in maintained window only and not in the effects window.

I think some right-click sorting options, and the ability to select different "views" of these bars would be useful. For example sorting options like these:

alphabetical

most recent first

most recent last

expiration (soon to expire first)

expiration (soon to expire last)

And for example view options like these:

food / drink view

clicky effects (totems, posions, potions, etc)

self buffs

harvest / tradeskill buffs

buffs from others

proc effects

view normal (would function like it does now...showing everything)

Something like that would probably be very useful to most players.

I like how you separated the sorting "modes" and the views... That's totally along the lines of what I'm talking about. That plus the ability to add more effect bars (similar to hotbars) would be much more useful. I think it would be a huge step towards allowing players to get better and quicker visual feedback of the information the effect "collage" is trying to convey.
