How does this work?

<p>Okay, so I just payed for the "Everquest 2 starterkit" and was promptly sent an E-mail (Payed for it on the SoE store) in the E-mail it says I was not charged for shipping, but I have no download link.</p><p> So my question is: Can anyone tell me what happens once you order the game off the SoE store? I mean is it going to be sent to me, at my billing address? Or am I just too thick to notice the download link? Cuz' I cant seem to find it.</p>

It would be best to contact the account support department to get this squared away for sure.  We have ways to get the box mailed to you, and we have ways to digitally download all of it.  You can always go to <a href="http://www.everquest2.com/install" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.everquest2.com/install</a> to download the launch pad, and if your account is flagged for the game, it will download everything you need.

<p>Thank you verry much <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </p><p> I had gotten a little frustrated at not being able to figure this all out, so I said to myself "I'll just play my trial and be a fairly a little longer." Well I logged into the game, and much to my suprise, there was a four hour patch download just waiting for me...
