Does anyone know if the events in the Legends of Norrath scenarios are considered canon or do they happen in an alternate timeline and are not connected to EQ2?

<p>It is possible to be canon - </p><p>The timeline seems to be prior to EQ2, as Lucan is not Overlord yet -  and the involvement with Vox's guardians</p><p>Without giving spoilers - it appears from my point of view, that there hasn't been a catyclism yet.</p>

<p>I'd prefer that everyone just thinks of it as it's own stand-alone storyline, not related to EQ or EQ2, despite using famous figures from both games.</p>

Now that you say it, it does mention the Plane of Tactics, so I guess you are right and it happens in the EQ timeline.
