Framerates slower in Fullscreen as opposed to Windowed mode?

<p>Was wondering if anyone else has noticed that framerates as measured under the little "f11 key" utility are actually slower in full screen mode, by about 10 fps?  I was expecting the opposite, but I do actually get a bit better performance in Windowed mode, assuming that meter is accurate.</p><p>As an aside, I'm using 2 x 3870HD's in Crossfire mode..but just on a lark, I shut off Crossfire and tried it, same thing again.  Actually get better framerates most of the time in Windowed mode.</p>
