I have played a paladin since the game came out on both blue and PVP servers and I still have no idea why we have this skill. Can anyone give me a clue?

No I don't need a lawyer!

Umm...I really can't think of a reason we need subjugation. Unless you get it for having the Tunare pet. Which would be silly.

All spellcasters have all four spell skills. I'm still wondering how my Warlock is expected to increase her ministration skill!

It might have been used for some crusader spells, before you earned the paladin class.

Shadow Knights do have a combat usable pet, but crusaders had no such thing.

Maybe if they gave Paladins a spell called "Inspire Ally" where we could turn non-agro sentient NPCs into pets for 10 minuits we'd have a use for this. (refresh of 20 minuits). Oh, and of course our ally would forgive us for charming them at the spell's end.

Does all the other fighter classes have this skill?

What I always assumed is that it's there for in case the Paladin betrays to Shadowknight. Was probably easier to give all Crusaders the skill then to have it be SK only and then figure out a way to suddenly give a former paladin the skill when he betrays.

Again, just my assumption/guess.
