<p>At that time I aill die.</p><p>Ok I tried to pre order the EQuinox issue. The only mailing option I have is UK royal. I am and always have lived in Texas. Oh you email support is not working. The sub-sub-sub-sub catagory is blank. Take the guy or girl that wants teh 1,000 questions answered and fire them. Also when I fill out one of your multi layer forms from your house...I mean hell and your web site does not like the answer to blank 1,321 and wants me to hit the back button that is fine. So I hit the back button and the form is now blank. Hellfire if you dont want me to use email support then just say so!</p>

USPS is not an option there, fedex,UPS,DHL rates for overseas transportation is through the roof.</p><p>As far as the browser goes, try going into the internet options, set the brwoser to refresh the page on each hit and dropping the cache to 100 meg</p>
