<p>Hi there,</p><p>I have been looking for quite a while for a list of food and drinks available in game which was easy to refer to, and simple. I was unable to find anything so I took the liberty of creating a list of my own, which I have tried to attach to this post but for the life of me can't work out how to do it O.O so if someone could advise me i would be grateful</p><p>It lists all the food and drink in Tiers, along with TS lvl required, duration, buffs and which book contains the recipe, I have also included the fun recipes and any quest related recipes. </p><p>I hope this will be of use to you, and i hope the fomatting doesn't go all wierd but i have kept it simple and printer friendly.</p><p>Forgive me if I have stuck this post in the wrong place i am not used to forums. </p><p>I'll add anything else i find recipe wise to the list as i find it but all 8 tiers are there (providing i can get it attached)</p><p>have a jum jumbly good day...</p><p>Rosemarie,</p><p>Black Blades (everfrost server)</p>

Niami does have a very nice Food/Drink guide up on EQ2 Traders now, <a href="http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g55&menustr=040000000000" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">You Are What You Eat</a>. Covers just the regular food and drink, I think.
