I think I am missing something

<p>Doing some searching and I think something is amiss.</p><p>The epic weapons are to early, we shouldn't have gotten them yet.</p><p>There is a weapon more powerful than the epic, and we already have the componets.</p><p>When do we combine the Claymore and the Soulfire?</p>

nobody has soulfire or the claymore. only items based off the originals design. and i really dont think SoE will add a quest requiring people to have done the major raid quests from two separate expansions.

<p>The Claymore and Soulfires are sister weapons of each other, that is true, but this does not mean they were ment to be put back together. Nobody ever gets the actual Soulfire as a result of the quest line. It ends with you personally delivering the Soulfire's hilt and blade back to Lucan himself. the Qeynos Claymore is only a replica of the real deal.</p><p>Epic quests came out with Kunark in EQlive, and were brought back with Kunark in EQ2. There's nothing in the lore stating that these weapons were ever supposed to be legendary and known across Norrath to exist, nor are they ment to be more powerful than the Claymore or Soulfire. They are ment to enhance the class who uses it though.</p>

And even if we had Soulfire and the Qeynos Claymore, none of us know how to properly wield it. Not even Lucan knows all the secrets or can unlock the true power of Soulfire.
