Journeyman Service quest - provisioners need not apply?

I got the quest Journeyman Service and eventually he asks me to create 3 items off of a list that includes 1 type from each tradeskill, except provisioner.  I guess its a bug cause eq2wikia says he is supposed to allow Oolong Tea for provisioners, but he doesnt.  Tried making the tea and he wouldnt take it, also tried buying other tradeskillers items from broker and he wouldnt take those either.  Any way to complete this quest or should I just bug it and move on?

If you're a provisioner, he should be giving you the option to create oolong teas.  He seems to have given you the wrong task.  I just tested this on our internal server and it works fine for me as a provisioner so I don't know what you did to annoy the grandmaster ... I suggest submitting a /bug report, and also /petition to see if CS can get your quest sorted out.  (You could also try just deleting the quest and restarting it if you don't mind doing the harvesting again.)

<p>He gives the option to make every class's items except provisioner.  Its not that he gave me the wrong task.  Its that his list is not complete.</p><p>edit: this is the npc Grandmaster Jayak Lat'wasr <trades coordinator> in Gorowyn, if that makes any difference.  Im trying the delete and restart to see if that works.</p>

Nope, that's the wrong task.  If you're not a provisioner he should give you that task list; if you ARE a provisioner he should give you a different task list, for oolong tea.  So he's given you the wrong list for some reason!

Its working fine in Neriak. Got the right list for both provisioners that I did it with.
