Dust Devil in Sinking Sands Broken?

Before GU42 I has able so successfully complete Catalog for creatures in SS withint 1 hour. The other day I sat up on Twin Tears for several hours and got NO DUST DEVIL. He used to be up very regularly -- it now seems he must be broken.

Just finished it on sunday w/o probs. He roams as you might already know.

An alt of mine found the dust devil this past weekend with no problems. Whatever difficulty you may be having with that mob, it's not universally broken.

where are you all finding him - I thot he was always on top of Twin Tears?

No. Yesterday I found him roaming where the skittish dune scarabs are, I can remember I catalogued him once near Broog and on Saturday he was roaming the High Dune and the dunes towards the sentinels of Anuk. I believe he roams also around twin tears, so yes, you could camp it there, but imho it is easier to wander on top of the dunes, grab some shinys and eventually you will run into the devil without problems

I ran into it just north of where the dune ridges of the twin tears meet on the east side. He spawned/formed up ahead of me, tossed me, and I had to run it back down before I could get an update.  It seems to patrol along that ridge line a lot.
