Any Ideal Why i get billed every month for eq players

<p>Then i get the whole 3 bucks refunded, and i still cannot use eq2 players?</p><p>I can't cancel it according to the subscription page, as it's telling me i never had it. However I'm still getting billed.</p><p>Perhaps you can just make it part of the station access page and be done with it?</p><p>Thanks</p><p>-B-</p>

cancel the account as a whole, then resub after it has run out. (nothing wil happen to your toons and you will be able to play up to the last day, then just resub (without the eq2players) and you can continue where you left). worth a try, cant think of anything better except trying to call soe's billing support.
