very specific question

the vests require 20k faction with your tradeskill society.Tunare's pages is in KelethinIronforge is in Qeynos.I imagine the last one is in Freeport at the tradeskill society.

Dark Bargainers is Neriak.Coalition of Tradesfolk is Freeport.I can't recall what Gorowyn's is.

Go into the Coalition of Tradesfolke instance in WFP. That's where all items for that faction will be sold- on the Wholesaler. If it's not there, then yes, it got left out somehow and sadly doesn't exist. I *think* I remember seeing one there recently, though.
