I just started a Berserker in Gorowyn. I usually try and do city writs at least once for the nice AA exp. When I got around to doing the Freeport tasks, I noticed that not many were offered at all. As an example, I can get (11) Orcish Miners and (15) Punish the Pachyderms from the Freeport Militia. Is that right? My Berserker is level 12. Going from the information on EQ2i (<a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Freeport_City_Tasks_Timeline" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>), I should be able to get a couple more. I'm also offered a writ that I shouldn't be able to get until later. Qeynos and Kelethin writs (on my good characters of course) have worked exactly as listed on EQ2i, so that's why I'm wondering. Is the info on EQ2i incorrect? Perhaps it has something to do with Gorowyn citizenship?

Well, it seems like the first two sets of writs (so far) are just messed up. I tried changing my citizenship to Freeport, but that did nothing. After hitting 15 I went back to see if anything changed. <i>Now </i>I'm offered some of the level 10-14 writs that I was missing before, along with some of the level 15-19 ones. The level 15-19 writs that I was offered at level 12 are no longer available. I guess the quests are just mixed up. Has it been this way for awhile?
