20 minute solution: put a set of invisible clothes in the game. Many such items exist already for shoulders, forearms, gloves and boots. We know it's possible.I suggest the set name "Emperor's New Clothes".

<nods> Invisible hands, feel, wrist, shoulder, and head items already exist in the game. I have not found any invisible chest items, unless you count males in a gi. Unfortunately, the invisible hand and feet items can only be obtained by brawlers and are no trade... in spite of the fact that any class that can normally equip leather can tehcnically wear them.

A set of "Emperor's" clothing would indeed be a welcome item for every slot except pants. (There's just no excuse to want to hide your pants. Sorry.)

FYI - Thunderclap in TT drops a forearm item that hides both hands and forearms for non-brawlers.http://eq2llinks.com/item.php?id=-851961248
The whole problem is that Sony considers the 'invisible clothing' thing a bug. This is why they haven't just done the easy solution and made a full set of invisible clothes. And I've looked around - I've yet to find an invisible glove design for my level 43 Monk. Boots are easy (the starter footwear), as are the shoulders and forearms (level 20 and 10 tradeskilled cloth items if I remember right). Gloves...not so. I hope it wasn't a starter item I got rid of long ago.

Yeah the only gloves that give a barehand graphic are the Nail Spiked Fistwraps that come out of Nek Castle 3. They are lvl 67 and Legendary No-Trade, brawler only. And they give a horrendously pitiful piercing damage proc when you fight barehanded. Guess some proc is better than no proc /shrug.

Thunderclap is a 55^ water blob in Terebous Tangle. It's PH is "A small cold snap", on the middle water-pool thing on the main isle.He drops "Rain-soaked wrists", which are what you want.

Thanks! ^_^ They're randomized, so I'm not sure which sig you're referring to.

And to the poster who complained that she could not find invisible hands for brawlers... Two places to look. The little girl's mother int he Nursery of Greater Faydark will give a quest that gives the Golden Fistwraps. It's is leather hand armor wearable by any priest, scout or fighter, but it's no trade and only available to brawlers as a quest reward.

The second place to look is to go to Darklight Woods and click on the wanted poster outside the mayor's door (the one where her daughter wants you to kill a pesky wolf). That will award fistwraps that are the same as the Golden Fistwraps in every way except name. Once again, this quest reward is only available to brawlers and the reward is no trade.

I think its an excellent idea. For my ranger class gear, I think it looks better with chest piece and gloves, but no sleeves, nothing on the arms. Monks, yeah should be able to go shirtless if male.

I thought this was the tunic that had a graphic but would make your pants disappear... including the rough burlap underoos men find themselves in all the time. Or was that a different bugged tunic?

I just want them to change the Gi of the Jarsath Swiftail, Dustdevil Jerkin, and Tunic of Echoes to Monk and Bruiser only so nobody else can dress like us.

But not only monks and bruisers would want the option. I want my druids to have bare arms, chest even, and maybe bare feet aswell. I think of them very much as children of the nature, -as being 'one with the wilderness', so they should have the option to look a little 'wild'. ( I miss furs for them too btw) LOTR Online has the option to toggle some of the armour parts on and off in the inventory panel. It's just a little clickable eye next to the armour parts. I think it's a brill idea.

It's the monk hats. Those graphics should either be changed or restricted to monk/bruiser only.

Just put in an NPC who will give all the poseurs a hat and chest item with the exact same stats when you turn it into them. That way they can keep the stats, and the brawlers keep thier sense of individuality.
