Has the reward npc for an Ugly Bounty quest been put back in the game yet? If so, where is he? His name is Grand Acumen. If not, then when will he be back in game?

No one is answering any of them. So I third the opinions just expressed. We need this guy back now. Give him back without the extra jewelry but give him back.

He was permakilled by the Devs until they can figure out how to make the replacement mechanic work. We're supposed to sell the origional mage bracelet to him, and but the replacement. Unfortunately, you could just buy the origional right back, and have 2 fabled from this quest.

IF SoE had just fixed the item, we would be done. Since they decided to try to replace the item entirely, and then added a new item, and put this mechanic in place, we have the current unintended but fully predictable consequences.

Wouldn't it have been easier to just fix the bracelet, and have been done with it?

I read update notes indicating he was put back in game, but apparently he's still gone. So, are they nerfing the rewards? I never finished the quest and would like to before I hit 80. I'm like 77 percent the way there, so doubt it will happen.

Well they fixed the rewards today (love it), but apparently forgot to put the NPC back in the game.

Plz give him back. Did the long questline to get the neck item and then when I was almost finished, you removed him??

What needed fixed about the rewards? I figured it was a nerf. Fabled item for a quest I was able to solo seemed too good to be true.

Bah, why couldnt they just remove the items in question and put them back later. Im a ranger and have no interest in this crappy +spell damage or whatever.

It's not fair that lots of people can't finish the quest; because some dishonest exploiters.

Whether or not it was exploited, the developers would have to get it out of play until it is fixed. I just wish they had simply put things back to the way they were before the problem began so that the rest of us can finish our quest.

It is Sunday, 6PM Eastern. Has this been fixed yet? I don't want to make the trip to BW just to find that I can't find the Grand Acumen.

Thanks.
