My bruiser and respeccing

I just started, lvl 23 and I want to respec both my talent trees. Is this possible? How often can I do it if so and where do I do it? Thank you

Respecs are done in the basement of the 'mage area' in North Freeport.  Your 1st 5 are on the house, after that its 10g, 1p, 10p as often as your money allows.

<p>Ithink the place is called Arcane Science something. </p><p>Go in and in one of the corners on that floor you will find a little elevator to use...though it doesn't really look like an elevator, it's more of a square on the floor in the corner. One of the pieces around it is the lever to go down. </p><p>Once you get down there, you will see a bridge that goes down to another level.....take that and on the right you will see the NPC you need. It will offer you a card, take it...it gives you 5 free respecs. One card for the Brawler and one for the Bruiser tree's....so you will have a total of 10, but 5 for each. I would reccomend you fist type /respec in your chat window, that may give you another free one before you use the card.</p><p>Also, your first paying respec is cheap, so I would actually pay for the first one, and then use card after that.</p>

Goto WFP.. to the Arcance Science area... there's 2 elevators (which a green clicky thingie)..one goes up..1 goes down...Go down.. and then go down the steps... the Achievement Council guy is there... respec as needed.Keep in mind, each respec COSTS:  1s, 1g, 10g, 1p, 10pAfter 30 days, it resets to 1s.
