Kotiz the Death Bringer Wizard Update

Ok, so my guild went down and killed Kotiz last night for my epic update (fairly tough run) and got no body drop but did get an Ornate chest. Is this bugged or what? I see the Templars need him too but seem to get the update every time or at least no one is complaigning about not getting other than if there is more than one Templar in the group; due to a single drop. So why is it that Templars are now able to get the update off another mob with this update? Just wondering if I should be petitioning the lack of drop or what? Plan to try again tonight but with a fairly long respawn timer we will get one shot at it...if no one has killed it previously.<b>QUESTS</b><ul><li>Defilers will be able to find their obsidian!</li><li>Dirges, take note! Got a somewhat canned response but it said that developers know of this issue and will fix it....we will see!

Not sure what went wsrong for you, but we ran down to there last night (02/13/2008 - 18:00 CDT) and the wizard got the drop with no problem, we went down in a 2 group raid but disbanded to a single group before we attacked him.

We did get an Ornate chest but the body disappeared almost instantly. I have now heard that others have had to kill him up to 6 times to get this drop!!! It is a pain to get down there AND it is right in front of a raid zone so whether raiders need him or not he is in the way...so I am sure many either split the raid and kill him for loot OR kill him so they can form up at the zone in.

<p>Friend and guildie just canceled his account after going down there yet again, finally getting the mob, and receiving no update.  His petition yielded the usual platitudes, but he's had enough.  Being a wizard myself, this is quite a [Removed for Content].  Took too long for epics to be put in game to have this kind of thing happening.  </p>

Took me three kills to get it and on third I made sure I was only one to click body. Had other guilds fighting for the mob a number of times.
