I have canceled my subscription, deleted all my characters and EQ2-related data on my system.I won't come back, just giving some feedback on the reasons here:1. The bad communication with the community. As a PvP player I know that PvP is not all of EQ2 and that's why I decided to play EQ2 over other games in the first place. But what SOE is doing to the playerbase is just ridiculous and in no way worth 13.49€ a month.2. The cluelessness of developers to see the game as a whole and see global effects of new features introduced into the game. This includes the changes made to the Coercer class, which is one of the worst developed concept I have seen in a game ever. It is full of contradictions and stuff that doesn't make sense. But many others have pointed this out before me, so I won't waste any more time on this. The changes made in the last GU speak for themselves (I don't refer to the nerf of disabling strike here and have never abused it personally <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> )3. The way PvP is treated. PvP seems to be a big burden to the devs, which I understand if it is a money issue. Nonetheless the attention PvP has gotten in the last GUs is laughable and certainly not in the spirit of improving the game. The state of PvP has been horrible for a long time now, yet it was the only thing that spiced up the boring (yet very detailed) PvE part of the game.Unfortunately the current system encourages group pvp or gank squads to a degree that soloing isn't viable in certain tiers anymore (t6 in sinking sands is a good example: at least 1 group of either Qs or FPs camping next to the carpet and about 10 scouts of either faction roaming around in the dunes hunting soloers down). The way grouping is enforced in this system discourages soloing and thus casual playing. 4. The need to grind through mob after mob because the quests don't level you far enough.I don't want to be forced to play the game in a way that doesn't appeal to me.If people want to grind, fine, let them grind. But let me do my quests as well then. From the introduction of RoK I can see that you seem to have learned your lesson, but t5,t6 and t7 are still quite a pain to go through. Especially since you only have DoF quests to do in early t6.5. Ignoring old and badly designed (compared to the latest content) content. Questing in the Shattered Lands, DoF and KoS is a grind. And it's in no way enjoyable because the quest- and item rewards are just inferior to even handcrafted gear on most occasions. I feel no need to quest except to grind my level/aa up.6. Lastly, pushing certain classes into certain directions instead of opening up more variety in the way they can be played. Unfortunately I don't want to elaborate on this because it would take way to much space/time for me to be worthwhile, but I'm sure that anyone who is playing a brawler/SK/Coercer/Summoner etc. knows what I mean.Note that I don't want to blame anyone who enjoys the game as it is here. I'm just stating my opinion on why this game isn't worth it anymore for me and give suggestions on how to improve it for EQ3 (which I hope will eventually be released).GL & HF to all of you.Farewell
