Court of Innovation in Klak is still bugged!!!!

Master Clock work Protocol is still bugged in Court of Innovation. After killing King Klak, then Killing King Klak for the second time he drops the gear. The quest is supposed to allow you to dmg the Master Clockwork Protocol to 10% of his health then use the Gear to finish him off. Master Clockwork Protocol will take no dmg at all. None. Nothing works. This is for Casualties of War of the Fae HQ, to acquire the Raincaller Bow.Please fix this SOE. 3 days we have been trying to finish this part of the quest. <p>Our guild ran this heritage quest this weekend also, and were sorely disappointed when after two trips through the instance in two days, Master Clockwork was invincible even after using the cog.</p><p>What was priceless was SOE's brilliant response, and NO, this has NOT been edited. It is word for word what I received from my /petition response. Hi,I See, i see - Looks Like they do think that this quest is not that important, but let me say 3 words:<b><span style="font-size: large;color: #ff9900;">RANGER EPIC WEAPON</span></b>For now I have a answer that they <b>hotfixed </b>some stuff in, and I should look after it (German GM).  We will see in some hours. And no, ranger with raid-weapons do usually not need Raincaller, because there is(was) better T7 Stuff out there... and your raidleader wouldn't be that happy if you spam stun imunity...I hope is was fixed last night - some info about that would be nice IF someone tries the instance today.
