Hello, I was wondering about the 3rd AA we have in our STA and WIS that has a chance to proc every time we do an attack. If we hasten up our attacks and use shorter delay weapons would our AA proc in the STA and WIS line proc more often in our battles or it would just lower the chance of proc per attack? I want to apologize if my tone sounds offensive and many thanks in advance.

Proc rates are normalised based on weapon dealy compared to a 3 second delay. Maxed out the Wisdom proc is 16% iirc which is equivilent to 3.2 procs per minute for a 3 second delay weapon. If you have a 4 second delay weapon it will have a higher chance to proc becase you get less swings per minute. In order to still have the 3.2 per minute rate it would have a 21% chance to proc each swing.Conversely a 2 second delay weapon will have less chance per swing as you get more swings per minute (only 11% chance per swing)That all holds true based on your base weapon delay with no haste.Haste itself does not effect proc rate as weapon delay does. If you have a 3 second delay weapon (16% chance to proc, 3.2 procs per minute average) and haste it to 2 seconds delay it will still have the 16% chance to proc per swing. Which on average give you 4.8 procs per minute.Hope that makes sense.

I was under the impression the STA and WIS attacks could proc off CA and AA? Or is it that the rate is based on weapons but either can proc the attacks?

@SoludeHmm that's a good question, so far I've only put points into my into my into my 3rd AA WIS proc(crane twirl) which have proc from my CAs, but I would doubt it would have a chance to proc based on a aa/weapon proc since if was attacking like 8 solo targets at once, my aoe aa proc(crane twirl) could create a non stop chain reaction and kill everything in a flash. About the proc chance % it would be impossible for me to tell atm due to using my 3.0 delay wurmslayer. In terms of fair game play it would be reasonable to have their proc not based on the weapon's 3.0 delay ratio formula.@MadBarmanThanks a ton, it feels much better to finally get this straight ^_^
