Beacon of Courage

I've recently returned to EQ2 and decided to take a Diety, Marr, i'm a lvl 70 pally. I did the first part of the series fine "<span class="pn-content-page-body"><b>Building an Altar of Valor</b></span>"I started the second part "<span class="pn-content-page-body"><b>Beacon of Courage</b></span>" and was able to get updates for all the mobs needed in Crushbone Keep, i'm now at the part where i need to free the Fae and the Wood Elf. I have the Key and can open the cells but the problem is there is no Fae in the 4th cell and no wood elf in the 1st cell.Any ideas?

Anyone know some other forums that i may visit that may know why these NPC's are missing?

Noticed this in the latest patch notes, I hope this was the problem.<span class="postbody">"All NPCs are now respawning correctly."</span>
