Ok... I've looked on various wiki sites, faqs and so on. There is just not a bunch out there for the bruiser just starting that is mildly accessible. I don't know what weapons to use, I see on of my trees has talents for not using weapons, so I presume at some point this must be viable? How do I know when. I'm a lvl 23 bruiser currently using a couple of 1 handed crushing weapons. I'm not new to mmos and basically understand how dps works and how haste and procs can effect this and this will vary depending on the weap speed. I don't want a perfect answer, just a general guide. Are fist weapons for some reason better? I see no difference between fists and 1 hand crushing weaps, yet someone told me that, do they just mean fists generally have more preferable speed? And when is no weapons good. Thank you, sorry for the rambling.

I use fist weapons the most as it fits into my Role Playing better, but now the best weapons I am getting are not fist weapons at the upper level....so now I have one fist weapon and one Cudgle(club).

Anyway.....at 20th levels.....if you are going fast through your levels, then you may want to stick to treasured stuff to save some coin...or go to the STR Line. But if you have the coin, and you prefere weapons of the bare fists of STR, then get MC stuff. The delays, again, just opinions and pick one of each if you want. I like the fast animations so I usually go with fast delays, but not alwyas. It is just what feels the best to you. I hate 2 handed slow delay stuff. It drives me nuts. Hehe

I am currently level 37 and I LOVE the fists/str line. I have 30 ap and are now working down the INT line for the melee crit.

First off, fists level with you, so no need to upgrade weapons as the mobs get harder. I can solo even con ^ mobs and lose only about 1 bub of health if that (without healing). I level really fast because the killing is non-stop. I have to kill 5-6 mobs before having to wait for any power.

CHI: The Ultimate "get out of jail free card". What can I say... this makes your reuse and casting speed so fast, that it is like WACK-A-MOLE, you cannot click fast enough. You can burn down 1/2-3/4 health of a ^^^ in those 30 secs.

I will add that I spent my money on MC leather to offset any stats I might be losing for not having weapons. With the "tanking" stance on I have nearly 4800 avoidance, things just don't hit me.

Funny thing is as far as looks go, I went and did my 20 armor quests so I could be barehanded and barefooted. There is something cool to me about kicking butt in my Pajamas.
