SBD HQ NPC broken

The Reaching Blade of the Assassin's Leelav Yekl is missing on Crushbone. Feb 9th, around 8:00-8:30 pm went for my last step (killing Lodo) but the NPC isn't there. Thought maybe someone wacked him up, as he's target-able, so I waited. And waited and waited some more. For over an hour and he's still missing today- Feb 10th. Went all around the beach in case the wind misplaced him, but he's nowhere to be found. Obviously he's broken, please fix.

Same problem on Antonia Bayle as of 1:30am CST, 2/12/2008.  Both he and Scholar Al'Quylar (for the A Strange Black Stone quest) are MIA.
