<p>I would just like to say a big thank you to the developers of these new epic quests to, for once, not leak spoonfed chunks of where to find things and waypoints etc etc.</p><p>Having played since launch, every "big" questline in the past has been followed using walkthroughs and although that is still fun, reading the quest and completing it, there is something to be said for the way this has been done.</p><p>I have never seen the WW defiler channel so busy and its so nice to get the whole world of defilers thinking and searching for the missing things we need. I know we are all frustrated at the non-appearance of obsidian at the moment, but one of us will find it, and when we do we will have more satisfaction than being spoonfed by a walkthrough! Its even nice to have a WW help channel for the epics too - the whole WORLD of EQ2 coming together - its really fun!</p><p> For the first time in ages I am thoroughly enjoying trying to work out this questline, and I thank the developers for that. I always remember reading on a walkthrough for the Godking weapon to go and click a tiny piece of metal sticking out of a sandslide in Living tombs and wondered how on earth anyone ever found it by themselves, and to be a part of the discovery process this time around is really fun! Annoying we can't find it yet, but still very good fun! <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> </p>
