View Full Version : Fish, Glorious Fish

This quest is in Fens.  Supposedly, there are special fish nodes at or around the docks at Omen's Call.  I have been all opver that area and can't find these nodes.  I'm tabbing everywhere, and still can't find them.  Is anyone else able to do this quest?

Range out from the docks and prepair to swim around some. If I recall correctly, the updates were not necessasarily at the dock itself.

<p>I swam everywhere today, and I couldn't find a single node.  My templar has already done this quest at a Fishing skill of 120.  I made my Swashbuckler get to 120 as wiki said "possible inability to see under a certain fishing skill".  This did not help.  I still cannot see or find any nodes ANYWHERE in the lake of ill omen.  </p><p>Has this quest changed?</p>

The nodes are there, you can see the fish swimming in the usual places, but they aren't clickable, targetable, or harvestable.  Somehow, they broke these nodes and everyone should /bug it.

I was out there a couple of days ago (Feb. 14th?). I was able to see the appropriate fish nodes (churnfish) as well as fish them. My partner, right beside me, could see nothing but the Omenfish (normal fishing nodes). We both had the quest. I could see them, he could not. Nothing we tried could get him to see them.

Had the same problem while grouped with a guildie. He could fish them and I couldn't. Intersting thing is that his fishing skill is high enough for T8 and mine are not. I suspect that the quest now requires T8 fishing skills in order to complete quest..whether intended or not.
