Fury Epic quest / issues

<p>I've been working on the Fury Epic quest with a few furies through out different apects of the quests.  Another Fury and I started the Rhino quest together, at the point where you have to gather the young ones and take them to a different location she gathered, we both updated and then left for the location to drop them off, once there she updated I did not.  So, we went back for me to gather them again and take them back but they never respawned.  I logged out and back in, no respawn, I zoned and came back, no respawn I finally deleted the whole quest and started it again, once I got to the point I have to gather the young ones, they still are not there.  Has anyone had this problem and can you tell me how I can finish this part ofd the quest.  Of course I sent a petition and have not yet heard back from SOE.</p><p>When I deleted the quest and started it over I was alone, we were not grouped.</p><p> If anyone has any suggestions I'm listening.</p><p>Thanks in advance</p>

You are more then welcome to speak to your fellow players, as they may have information on how, or when this NPC should spawn, as well as how long his timer is. Thanks for getting back to me Dayfang, I'm sorry to seem argumentitive however; other furies are telling me the same thing, the "young Ones' are not avaialable to them either. When this occured it was 6pm EST Friday 02/08/2008 it is now 10am EST Saturday 02/09/2008 and still no npc's. I highly doubt the game was meant to make you wait this long to complete this particuliar step. Are you sure this isn't bugged or that maybe the location of these has moved?I really appreciate your help on this matter since I cant move forward on this quest until this step is completed.

<p><span style="font-size: x-small;font-family: verdana,geneva;">Had a group of three furies doing the baby rhino quest yesterday (before the patch) with negligible delay between respawns. However today the NPC Ubdub the scribe for the next quest 'Find the Fury' doesn't seem to be around. I spent an hour plus another 30 mins later on waiting and no pop so far. Spoke with another fury who tried that part of the quest earlier on, who confirmed no sign of him after 2 hours waiting.</span></p>

Still not up in BlackBurrow.  A fury I was talking too had a good theory.  The dumb things spawned under the ground like most things in RoK do.  This is totally not intended like the GM said.

<p>Can't find the babies on Kithicor either.   I spent over an hour last night camping the spawn, and annhialating every other single mob in the area, just in case, to no avail.   Not up for me this morning either.  There were two other furies hanging about looking as frustrated as I was at the time as well.</p><p>Can't be working as intended.  At least I hope it isn't.  Hope there's a quick response/solution for this one.</p><p>Altariel - 80 Fury/80 Carpenter - Neriak, now Kithicor</p>

If you look at other epic quests that aren't working you will see it several places. All that can be done is whine and wait till the next round of epic hotfixes...

<p>Well, that just sux!!!!!!!</p><p>As Ive been roaming the world I've noticed a bunch of very upset clesses seems SOE cant seem to get many of these epic quests right.</p><p>Not only are the baby rhino's missing the 83^^ mob is gone too, so even if you were lucky enough to get the "young ones" complete and you had to wait for a few people to help with the mob, hes not even there anymore.  How frustrating.  I think I understand why people are leaving EQ2 for other games.  We (hubby and I) pay $60.00 a month for what?</p>

I'm getting exactly same problem in Unrest server. And since its JW quest we rarely have 2nd instance of the zone. I hope they will notice the problem and fix. Its not the "normal spawning issue"!!!

Just a question if the designer for the Fury epic sees this.  Is it intended for us to have to physically harvest all the roots and smoldering materials ourselves?Not going to complain if it is, I'm just wondering.  It's not difficult, just time consuming, but it's a weird requirement in the middle of a pretty fun quest line.

<p>My girlfirend is having a problem with this quest. </p><p>She is at the part to harvest the alchmist materials in the labs in Sebillis and the alloys in the smithy, we were there for an hour and a half last night and she harvested only ONE alloy and ZERO alchemist materials. Is this supposed to be the case and you have to wait for random spawns or is this a known bug with the quest? Someone please advise. </p><p> Also, none of the scrolls for cursing a blue streak were down there, wheras they were before...I needed them to complete that quest. </p>

OK, this quest has been bugged sine the last "quick" fix Friday feb 8, 2008...They shut down for an hour this morning but did what?  Nothing's been fixed, does ANYONE know when they plan to fix these quests?

If you are lucky they are up, everything was up after todays serverdown, but once despawned nothing reapeared, so first one there could get update, the rest .... bad luck

That could show if theory is correct (which when think how many chest Ive heard drop but cant find.. and how many times Ive died from a mob underground nailing me yet I "cant see target" to fight back.. it woldnt surprise me.) If thats case are they attackable? If so ya could try having a AEer stand over top them to AE agro then once above ground could FD.

Same problem, different mobs last night (2/10) on the Everfrost server. Our Fury friend couldnt get the chokidai pack to spawn for that part of the epic quest. I tried to track all over the place with no luck.

Unfortunately these are clickies and not mobs so if they are underground, there is no way to get to them. BTW, there is a workaround for opening chests you cant see, there is a command to target and open them. I saw someone do it in a HoS raid awhile back. no, i dont know what it is.

<p>i dont think we can track these mobs, unless we were getting updates from regular chokidai standing around (i was pulling and killing them) my gf was clicking on stuff i couldnt see or track....</p>
