I do not have a reason, though I'm sure it's likely due to the chat issues. If you are trying to connect you will be unable to. I'll let you know when they come back up.

Most servers are now being unlocked, not down. Innovation, Splitpaw, Runnyeye, and Oasis appear to be up though. Be aware when you are logging it, it's possible you'll have issues for the new few minutes. (Zones not being loaded, log in server being busy because of everyone rushing back)
