I'm just starting a Warlock and I really appreciate all the great advice on this forum. I'm thinking of the following build. It seems to really focus on how I'd like to play the game, which is important, but I was wondering if anyone with experience could double-check my numbers. Since I'm new, there are a few things I'm not sure of.

First, when does the AA cap go to 70 for KoS/EoF? Is there a certain level?

Second, can I have more than two final AA abilities? Or is it capped at two?

Here's the build I'd like: STR 4-4-4-8-2, AGI 4-4-4-8-2, and WIS 4-7-4-8-2

If anyones sees any skills that are bugged or aren't worth it, please comment. I need all the help I can get!

Granola

Lvl 22 Warlock/Kithicor

Well you can't get 70 aa's in the KOS tree until lvl 70 and you have spent to many points anyway. It's only possible to get 2 end line abilities.I've gone AGI and WIS till and end and I am currently working down the STR line at the moment.

Thanks. I wasn't sure if I could do three end abilities or not. Not sure about your points comment, however. I was alloting the full 70, and that build, assuming I could have done three end abilities, adds up to 69 and the one for the buff pet would make 70, so I think I was ok there. But that's good to know; I have those two points from one of the end abilities to put somewhere eventually.

Granola

Lvl 22 Warlock/Kithicor

I would recommend to anyone leveling up to put the first 10 points in the EoF ward, then the next 24 in the sta tree. You will not only be a soloing god, but when you draw aggro while grouped you can take a few hits. Gives you a chance to better learn aggro management in groups.

Thanks for the advice. I did put 10 points in E: Magi's Shielding before I began the KoS tree; sorry, I should have specified that. It has helped immensely. I considered the STA but I haven't had any trouble soloing, so I started the AGI line, with points in STR and WIS, and will follow AGI with WIS.

Thanks for the comment about the 22 points. I totally forgot that, and that would explain why I couldn't do three end skills. That was a great help, too, because I'll have to revamp where I have my points in the AGI line. Great catch!

Granola

Lvl 30 Warlock/Kithicor

In KOS tree I am

STR 4-4-4-8 for max spell crits. I didn't do endline becuz my crit rate is over 35% already, so guaranteeing a crit isn't that important.

AGI 4-4-6-8-2 for the cast speed bonuses. The move speed boost got the 6 points just 'cuz, really. I almost never am in melee to use the Ambidextrous, and 14 more AGI is only about 0.5% avoidance.

WIS 4-7-4-8-2 for the damage boost on FHS and the 4% damage boost. The 12% power cost reduction isn't that big a deal with all the power proc items out there, but I took it anyway, as I really didn't have anywhere else I felt the need to put points.

This is pretty much a "pure dps" build, but I don't have any trouble soloing with it either, so even though I have the shard to get a mirror made, I don't really see the need to have a defensive-style soloing build using the STA line.

On the EoF side I've got Props, Aftershocks, and am almost down to Focused Casting. This is with 125 total aa's. Nothing in the E: Magi's there either. The RoK stuff all hits so hard that the E:MS didn't seem to help too much, so I just make sure my roots are good.
