Double Taunt

I saw on wikia a double taunt  is it useful at level 80 (<a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Goading_Gesture" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Goading_Gesture</a>)... or is it just an alternative before level 50?I don't find all information which i need to understand this skill

That is the Splitpaw fighter skill.It is not entirely useless, though as it shares a timer with out single target taunt it is not much use when that is mastered or even adept III

ok so it's good for leveling but after it's less useful than a master taunt
