One Less Coercer

I canceled my 2 accounts as of 3 minutes ago.  And no you can't have my stuff.  I will be checking back occasionally to see if any progress has been made in the class but I can't handle the angst associated with playing the class I want to play.  I don't want to start a wizard or necro or betray to illusionist in order to have fun in a game that is supposed to be fun for everyone.  This LU stinks of something that would be pulled off in SWG with a drastic nerf that is meant to somehow balance out something that isn't unbalanced.    It is unfortunate that even in a video game the majority is able to maintain absolute control of events.  We just don't have enough people complaining for them to care.  See ya.  Good luck everyone, keep up the good fight.-70 Coercer, Mistmoore Server

A horrible un-needed gamewide nerf that is probably the side effect of "fixing" a broken charmed pvp mob in RoK. I wonder if all charmed mobs are gimped, or just coercer's. Sorry to see you go. Personally, I betrayed to illusionist a while ago and this class really needs something to make it as desirable to play as the other classes.

Seeing these types of threads always makes me sad.  One poster decides to post their "farewell" post for whatever reason, they get attacked, someone else attacks back -- it doesn't really matter as these types of insults are not permitted as stated in the <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=176" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">forum rules</a>.  I am closing this thread.Additionally, I understand some in the Coercer community are really upset with some of the recent changes to your class, perceived lack of attention, etc.  The issues are already being discussed in a handful of threads that have been seen by the development team so if you have input, please participate there.
