View Full Version : Account lost adventure packs.

Seems recently my account has lost access to all the adventure packs , I do not have station access and I have bought all these before hand and have used them as well. I noticed this when I attempted to use the teleport item into splitpaw and it said I do not have access to the adventure pack.

This also happened to my account. When I go into preferences on the launcher, all the Adventure Packs are unchecked and I am unable to check them. The day before the LU I was in Isle of Mara. Today that zone along with Splitpaw (have not tried Bloodlines but assume it to be the same) is locked to me. Any suggestions?

There are a few things that could be going on here.1. You had Station Access, now you don't, and the adventure packs are gone.  This is working as intended.2. You had Station Access and bought the RoK all in one pack, but now that you're off Station Access it removed the Adventure packs by mistake.3. You had some form of a billing failure when trying to buy the adventure packs, and they had to be removed.Most people will fall into category 1 or 2.  For information on what exactly happened to your account, you'll need to call us at 858-537-0898 or contact me Via PM with your station name so that we can look into it.  Do not post station name or other account information on this thread.

I too am having the same problem and purchased each adventure pack separately back in '06.  PM sent, thanks.

FYI, online chat just escalated mine to a tier 2 support person to get these re-enabled on my account.  Which supposedly won't take longer than a day or two.

I lost my access when I switched from station access to regular EQ2, I've sent 2 PM's but no answer. Any help pls. Or my money back so I can leave this game.

The AP's where only available to you when you had station access, when you canceled SA they where removed. The full boxed version of ROK included the AP's, if you do not have that on your account then you need to either get it or buy the AP's

If you think you should have the adventure packs and you do not, please PM either Trevor or myself.  We have ways to verify whether or not they should be enabled and we can correct the issue for you.
