Two SK questions here?

Are the epics tier specific? How does this work?ANyone know how to start the SK Epic qst?Thanks for any and all help.

AS far as I know, you "must" be 80 to start.Epic starts in NFP, bottom floor of Mage Guild. 2 Mobs, lvl 83ish, will spawn, and say something about "he has seen us". Kill them to revieve a item drop, a contract..that is the starter.  Next step is to talk and kill a lady in one of the villages(east side) in darklight woods. Then back to WFP to get a clicky on the top floor of the militia house, talk to a guy hiding in the corner in wfp to get another update. This leads you to Neriak and New Tunaria for some killing and clicky updates.As far as i have got soo far, I know its not much.Hope that helps
