Is there any way to change the text of channels with numbers higher than 10 ?

I don't think you can do that.The best you can do is designate your 10 favorite channels with /setchannelnumber <current number> <new number>Channels greater than 10 inherit their color from channel 10.

In your Options somewhere (User Interface, maybe), there is an area that has colours for tons of chat. Since I don't have EQII open right now, I can only say check there... All of my channels are 1 colour, but I do have the channel I use most in a different window (have always done that...)
