Necro isn't a body drop. It's an Ornate Chest drop [Prism of the White Lady]. Someone on Permafrost had it drop at the Temple of the Red Lord too, and there is a [Prism of the Red Lord] also.

Any offical report as to where to start templar epic?  I found docile water elementals after reading that "unnofficially" wounded water elementals dropped starter.  Killed these for a couple hours thinking that maybe the wounded ones would pop maybe. If it is official that it does drop off a wounded water elemental can somone point me to the right direction in fens because Lake of Ill Omen doesnt have wounded water elementals.

Meanwhile we can't find where you buy it in Teren's Grasp.

Mystic Starter is in the game, however, it is hell to get.....in accordance with the insanity of the other quest lines it was made nigh impossible.Go to TT, jump off of the first isle at the waterfall that leades to the isle below.As you are falling you must hail a Wisp that is invisible and untargettable, which is floating in mid-air halfway down!Good Luck

The cell is located in the bottom area just past the solo frogs, take the left tunnel when you jump down...you can get there solo with invis. You will get a journal page, <b>but no quest yet</b>! Step 2: Kill <b>a timeworn spirit</b> in the Kunzar Jungle behind the City of Mist (near the fate of norrath quest starter) Loot a rune from him and start the quest (yay)! Step 3: Visit <b>Hollen the Runesage</b> in Terrans Grasp (he is in the building next to the one with the Veeshans feast quest guy...he should have a book feather over his head) he will tell you a story and send you to perma-frost Step 4: Head to Permafrost... I don't expect things to be as bad as they were back then, but c'mon guys, less than a day and people are screaming for a fix is just crazy.</blockquote><p>I think I'm gonna have to agree to both sides here.  I agree that some people are getting there epics faster than they think they should have been able to.  Although from where I stand I know I've spent about 5+ hours with some fairly decent luck from what I hear, and I'm not even 30% there to the heroic version.  I don't know how many hours the average person should have to spend to obtain them.  I don't think there is any length that some won't say is to short while others say its too long.  I figure as long as it takes longer than most of the HQs it's probably good (not counting the HQs that require camping semi-rare nameds).  </p><p>And for Mystics - when after 24 hours the starter hadn't been found, people say "well just look harder" or something similar.  Which I think is fine.  But I can see where they would be frustrated with not only the other 23 starters found, but 2 of them completed by some.  The people that say it took to long to find it...well, I think there isn't anything wrong with that.  But those that were genually concerned that something might be wrong with the quest after every other one had been found at least 12 hours prior, I don't begrudge their concern.</p>
