Your only chance of being offered a name change would be if somebody found your guild name offensive or a breech of the EULA (e.g. it's obviously from a film/book/etc)Either they would petition a complaint against you or you might petition yourself claiming you were previously unaware that the name was offensive/copyright.However chances are they would pick a name for you...The only exception to the above i've known, is when a guild name is obviously mispelt and the correct spelling hasn't already been taken by somebody else.

In short to answer your question, yes it is possible.   Unlikely unless it violates EULA or it is deemed offensive. But don't give up hope.   There are always exceptions.  I was once in a guild on Highkeep named 'Blood dragons' and we were able to petition the name to 'Blood Dragons.'  Even though all we asked to be changed was the 'd' to 'D,' it really took a lot of persuasion on our part to get the GM to change the name.So it never hurts to try, but be ready for a long debate if they even talk to you.
