<p>I have tried to send an e-mail or chat online but everytime the page comes up with a certificate problem. I have found that I purchased an expansion off the station store 2 times and it was because I didn't know that I had before purchased a digital download when I resigned up my account it showed it wasn't in my expansions so I purchased another digital download. Now I have paid twice for the same download. How do I go about talking to someone about it?</p><p> Thank you!</p><p>Starria</p>

I recommend calling customer support about this one.  Especially when it comes to billing issues, I find this is the most reliable and expedient means of solving the problem.
