AA proc question...

For those with points in STA or WIS do the proc skills proc off auto and CA attacks?  Also is the WIS ae proc encounter or true ae proc?  Also can someone confirm the INT crit bonus applies to CAs as well?  Thanks.

Just to clarify myself, when a descritpion says "On a successful attack" that means it will proc off AutoAtTack or a CA. That is what I have been noticing. The only exception to this rule is the Double Attack which only can proc off AutoAttack.If I'm wrong here feel free to say, I can take it <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
