<p>Ok I have some decent leggings with the shelter effect (a small ward protecting you and members of your group) on them and I am looking into getting the Jarsath wastes BP too. I like the effect ok but there are some problems I have been having and wanted to run them by the forums to see if I can get any suggestions on how to fix it. </p><p>As a defiler you all know its good to time your wards so that its replacing your old one near the time the old one expires. However, here is my problem  When shelter Procs,  several wards appear in my maintained buffs window - it can be up to 6!  The Icon for the shelter proc is identical to our single target ward.  With all of these shelter icons in my maintained window I have a hard time knowing if my actual single target ward has expired.  This leads to either 1 - guessing, which can be a disaster or 2. Over casting my single target too much to make sure its up there. </p><p>I was wondering is there a way to get this proc from appearing in my maintained spell windows or to stop the shelter icons from appearing in the first place?  BTW I would rather not change UI's.  As it is right now I won't even wear the items because of this, it just causes too many problems</p><p>Any informative feedback would be most welcome</p><p>PS I did see this thread <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/posts/list.m?topic_id=397833" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=397833</a>  but I ddin't see any suggestions or fixes for this problem.  I hope that doesn't mean there isn't one.  If not Devs Please fix this! </p>

I'm going to venture to recommend Profit reborn ui.  I switched to it a few months back, and seriously wish I'd made the switch years ago.  There are many ways in which Profit is godly for healers, but here's one specifically for shaman - in your maintained buff bar, it will not only show your wards, it will tell you how many points of your ward are remaining.  You can see exactly how much of your ward is used with each hit and time your fresh ward a *lot* better.  Now, the icon is still the same for both Shelter and Ancient Shroud, but Shelter procs for 300 (and crits pretty often actually), so you can still see at a glance exactly what you have running.

I prefer the default, but got a few add-ons to change what I didn't like.
