Hair - Can't figure out how to change on ALT...

I am playing an alt I haven't played for 2 years.I have never changed hair on this toon.I have claimed all the rewards this toon can get.I cannot figure out how to change hair color because:- barbers are not selectable- can't find a makeover mirror on the toon- cant find any other way to do a makeover.Any suggestions?Thank you.

Go to barber - > Buy token -> log out to character select -> Choose model type you want to change appearance for.
