simply put, I dont understand how i get from neriak cit. to freeport .. i read the one about freeport to gorowyn great.. but i cant talk to the guy sarnak in freeport til i bbecome a freeport citizen.. so i go to neriak and I have no clue who to talk to about exiting neriak is that exile? what npc do i talk to to UN become neriakian?edit: I Have answered my own question woot!Here is the answer become freeport citizen first <span class="postbody"><span class="postbody">To do this talk to the guy called Clerk Bretus in the Registrar office in East freeport up by the statue shop area he is in the building right behind the statue. he sends you to do a mandatory service quest to the guy in the building across from his building militia guy called Diamyohe sends you to longshadow alley to kill some hoodlums you fight 2 street toughs go back to Diamyo he tells you to fight more hoodlums in east freeport streets you then fight 2 guys up by amphitheater in efp .. and 2 more down on docks on right side dock looking out at water. then return to Diamyo then he gives you paper you give back to Bretus.. across from diamyo building then you give a gold and are a citizen of freeport. Now you can go talk to the sarnak in WFP militia house and he will give you papers his name is zrelach the sarnak in the militia house. then you go to gorowyn via port to sinking sands then to gorowyn beach. up on left inside the cave area is the emissary you give paper to or speak to.then you become gorowyn citizen. </span></span>
