Looking for appearance item: Reet Warrior's Pants

I'm looking for this item: Reet Warrior's Pants aITEM 1039743868 685636545:Reet Warrior's Pants/a Anyone know what quest drops it? I'm assuming it's a quest. Can't find it on eq2wikia. Eq2llinks says there is no mob, etc. Given the level, it would be a Jarsath Wastes quest I think.

It's gotta be either Kunzar or Jarsath, most likely Kunzar. I've finished every Kylong and Fens quest, and it wasn't there, but a clipboard at the Pens in Fens will award the Reet Warrior sleeves, so I'm guessing the leggings are pretty close by in the terms of questing... probably Kunzar? If I can convince myself to grind through another series of solo quests, then I'll find out for sure and tell ya.

But the items are lower level. The pants are level 80.
