PVP question re: brigs

<p>Am I missing something?</p><p>What am I doing wrong; I can't kill a brig 1-on-1 these days.</p><p>Share strats please, before I go mad.</p>

<p>Interesting... I struggle with Sorcerers and Enchanters... There is video <a href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=7cTkgkgRx7g" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Here</a> 6:50 into it I fight a Brig twice... You might be able to gather something from it. Basically I try to burn them fast and use the root and mez to give meyself a chance to ward if needed.</p>

<p>Brigs usually stun and debuff you at the beginning of a fight. Best counter is to root or snare them, back off and cure yourself of debuffs (ancestral balm).</p><p>Basically, if they debuff you, cure asap..</p>

<p>small update:</p><p>Finally picked up Ancestral Sentry (only app4 <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />) and won my first lvl 80 brig duel, and later an assassin duel. I can beat scouts, maybe only every 3 minutes but it's a start <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
