locked server? what does that mean?

Server's go from: up->down->locked->uplocked usually means SOE is done whatever change/update they were planning, and are currently in the process of testing the changes, or something like that.

Unfortunately they already used their last spare hamster. All that's left is a small, slightly arthritic vole.

<p>To be clear (locked) means that the server is up and running..but they are not yet letting anyone in yet.</p><p>(Down) is when they hamster has had a heart attack hehe.</p>
