Can Hate Crit?

I really doubt that my straight hate gain CAs can, but how about the attacks that carry additional hate with them?Obviously the additional crit damage adds more hate, but does the hate portion itself also gain the crit bonus?

I assume any spell that increases or decreases threat is incapable of becoming critical, but to be honest, I think if they changed it so it did, it'd be a good idea. Perhaps add an extra component to the game that increases/decreases Threat Critical % for all classes.

There has never been any input on whether or not taunt type hate can crit. Sorry, but you can guess all you want, but tis a subject no one can answer.
