autoattack not working with reach?

<p>Both myself and a guild swashi were raiding T8 and found our autoattack not working with reach. I actually had to be up on top the mob to use autoattck. Is the normal and I am simploy clueless? I had never noticed this before ...</p><p>Sochi</p>

Recently I have noticed the same in many fights, I can use my CAs but my aa won't trigger. I'm not really sure it is 100% broken though, as I also have the feeling it sometimes works. As far as I know the reach AA description states that auto attack range is also increased, so this may well be a bug indeed...

Yeah, it's broken alright, if you stand at the max range only CA's will work.

does CA have the same range as auto attack ?

no, CA's and auto attack do not have the same range, CA's base without reach is iirc 5 meters, while auto attack is 2 meters, this means when reach is taken into account, the difference is even larger
