Armor ore weapon

Ive been looking all over JW for the ore needed for this quest, but to no avail.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

It's just the regular ore that you mine for metal and loam.

<p>Can anyone confirm for me that I must actually raise my mining from 40 to 250 (lol) to be able to harvest the ore to update this quest??</p><p>Many other "obtain item" quests in RoK have allowed me to buy or be given harvestables to update a quest but this one does not seem to work unless it's bugged. The quest does not actually say "Mine" or "Harvest" just find, essentially. I would hate to be blocked here by this for the first time....</p><p>I'll be eager to know, and thanks!</p>

<p>Anyone have any ideas on this? Does one actually have to level harvest skills to be able to do this quest? It would seem so, but that does not seem right compared to other quests I have done in RoK....</p><p>I would be grateful for feedback either way.</p><p>Thanks!</p>
