Other city quests

Hello, I just started playing the game. I made a Ogre Bruiser and I'm havin a lot of fun! I'm level 16 and working on getting Achievement XP. I've done all the writs I can in freeport for the level 15-19 writs.Can I go to other cities and do writs there, or do I need to betray?I looked up quests by type on Allah and I think a lot of new writs open up at 20.So I'll have more to do in a few levels, but I'd also like to do all thr 15-19 ones that I can.I need to buy ROk to get all the expansions.I've only ever been in freeport or Commonland.

First off, welcome to the game!As far as doing writs from other cities, the only other place you can get writs from without betraying would be Neriak. To get them from Qeynos or Felewithe would require going through the entire betrayal process. And you are correct that you will get new choices opened up at level 20 (and every 5 levels past that).

Thanks for the response.I've actually rerolled and made a swashbucker.But I didn't realize it put him in Kelethin, not qeynos.Does Kelethin have more, less, or an equal number of writs vs Qeynos?And I imagine I can't grab the write from Neriak without betraying, because I'm good now and not evil.

Kelethin and Qeynos have equal numbers of writs and you can do both of them as long as you are willing to travel back and forth between the cities (keep in mind that you can't do a writ that you have level passed-so if you are level 20, you'll never be able to get writs that were offered between 15-19.And you're right, you would not be able to get Neriak writs without betraying.
