Network Status suggestion

This may seem a tad radical, but I'll say it anyway.Maybe when SoE take a server down, for planned maintenance they could make sure they update the Network Status page?Another good one would be to update the page with other information such as "The planned 5 hour maintenance to XYZ server is now expected to overrun by 5 hours. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience."That's got to be 5 minutes well spent? Customers are kept informed and most probably a lot happier as well.

This has been a regular problem for some time.  Sometimes the site is updated properly for maintenance and downtime, and others not at all.  Some additional info on what might be the problem may clear up the confusion on why this is an intermittent problem.
