Dual Weild VS Wis Line

If you have two weapons....same 4.5 delay and 97 attack rating (80-350) Would you prefer dual weilding them or wis line (78% double attack total) in terms of dps

From pure DPS point of view I would not expect a significant difference.As far as PVP is concerned, according to the way avoidance seems (not) to be working those days, I don't think coule is such the asset it used to be.Meaning I have no problem hitting targets and targets have no problem hitting me when getting in melee range...I think for pvp stamina line + dual wield would work better than wis. (the extra HP are welcome against casters too).That being said I play wis line, but it's more a matter of looking zexy <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
